Cobo Custody now supports the feature of depositing assets to the same address for ETH/BSC/HECO/ETC/AVAXC/MATIC/ATP/ARBITRUM_ETH/RBTC/CHZ/ETHW/AURORA_ETH/OPT_ETH/TOMO/FTM/CRO/CMT.

When you deposit assets from ETH/BSC/HECO/ETC/AVAXC/MATIC/ATP/ARBITRUM_ETH/RBTC/CHZ/ETHW/AURORA_ETH/OPT_ETH/TOMO/FTM/CRO/CMT or any other chain, Cobo Custody will automatically credit the corresponding address associated with your wallet. Transaction records and callback messages will be generated and delivered as usual. You are responsible for handling these callback messages to ensure automatic processing for users on their platform and to address cases where users mistakenly deposit funds in the wrong way (such as depositing BSC_BNB to an ETH address).

In the future, Cobo Custody will no longer process transactions where assets are deposited to the wrong chain within ETH/BSC/HECO/ETC/AVAXC/MATIC.
