Cobo Portal Updates Risk Control with Default Policies
April 16, 2025
Dear Cobo Users,
To enhance the risk control experience and strengthen security on Cobo Portal, Cobo will roll out an updated Default Risk Control policy on April 17.
Key Updates:
Support for Customization:
Before: The default transaction policy was system-defined and could not be edited or deleted.
After: You can now customize the default transaction policy based on your own risk preferences. This serves as a fallback policy, applied across all wallet types and transaction types.
Scope of Application:
Wallet types: All wallet types, including Custodial, MPC, Smart Contract, and Exchange Wallets.
Transaction types: All transaction types, including token transfers, message signing, and smart contract interactions.
Reminder:
If no changes are made on your end, your existing risk control logic will remain unchanged and unaffected by this update.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
