All donations made through the portal will be deposited directly into the dedicated compliant charity wallet, with no transaction fees, and will be used exclusively for relief operations and community reconstruction related to the Tai Po fire.

To maintain full transparency, all donation activity will be recorded on-chain in real time. Funds will undergo blockchain-based traceability procedures and risk management reviews.
