Cobo will suspend ARBITRUM and its token's deposit and withdrawal services at 2:15 on December 16,  2023 (UTC+8) to support the ARBITRUM upgrade. Services will be resumed after the upgrade is complete, and a further announcement will be given when the system is back in service.
