Singapore - October 9, 2024 - Cobo, a leading provider of digital asset custody solutions, announced that over 4,160 BTC was successfully staked during the second cap of Babylon Bitcoin staking mainnet Phase-1, using its high-performance BTC Staking API.
Cobo’s BTC Staking API facilitates the entire staking process, including the extraction and splitting of UTXOs, pre-signing staking transactions, and broadcasting transactions in batches, among other features. It offers high adaptability and efficiency, providing users with a competitive edge in securing limited staking allocations.
In addition, Cobo Portal, a one-stop custody and wallet infrastructure platform, is set to launch a native BTC staking application in the coming days. This innovative application will empower institutional users to participate directly in Babylon BTC staking through Cobo's Multi-Party Computation (MPC) Wallets, which allow users to customize signature requirements for their organizations using the Threshold Signature Scheme (MPC-TSS).
